And bird fly too

(this is that pen and ink piece that I started 6 months ago)

And as we fly and as we fall
We look around to see to flames
cackling screaming howling red tounges ignited
below
And as we soar colors swirls and fires grow
as our lives show
we are not all in the skys we are not
for as we fly birds fly too
but what birds are these
monsterous things
biting biting biting
living off our pains
And so on we fall
and on we walk searching for salve for safety
but all we hear is the cackling flames
and the crys of the birds waiting above
